How does the matrimony website work?

Register a free account, complete your profile, and browse verified profiles across Bangladesh. Express interest, save shortlists, and view contact details based on your subscription plan.

Is registration free?

Yes — basic registration is completely free. You can browse profiles and save shortlists at no cost. To unlock contact details and other premium features, choose Gold or Platinum.

Verification

How are profiles verified?

Every profile is manually reviewed by our team before it appears in search. We verify mobile numbers and encourage members to upload authentic photos. Verified profiles carry a green checkmark.

Privacy

Is my personal information safe?

Yes — your contact information (phone, email) is only visible to members with an active premium subscription. You also have full control over profile visibility from your account settings.

Can I hide my profile?

Yes, hide it any time from your account settings. While hidden, your profile won't appear in search results or be visible to other members.

Plans & Payments

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to My Plan in your dashboard, choose Gold or Platinum, and submit your payment proof (bKash / bank transfer / UPI). Our admin verifies and activates your plan within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (BRAC Bank), bKash, Nagad and Rocket. After paying, upload a screenshot or transaction reference and our team activates your plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — we offer refunds within 7 days of plan activation if no contact details have been viewed. Contact us via the Contact page and we'll process it manually.
